✅ Why 2–3 Weeks Is Ideal: 1. Nail Growth: Natural nails grow about 1/8” every two weeks. That growth creates a gap near the cuticle that needs to be filled for looks and structure. 2. Prevent Lifting: Going too long increases the risk of lifting, breakage, or water getting underneath—especially dangerous if you’re using your hands a lot. 3. Maintain Shape & Strength: Regular fills help keep the apex and structure strong so the nails don’t crack or snap. 4. Cost-Effective: Fills are cheaper than full sets, so regular maintenance saves money long-term.
